Meticulous Craft

Four Decades of Phyllo

Our master pastry chefs roll each layer of phyllo pastry so thin that historical manuscripts can be read through them. This dedication ensures a delicate, crisp texture that defines authentic baklava.

We do not rush the syrup. Every batch is simmered slowly in traditional copper pots, then poured hot over the layered pastry to create a perfect, glistening glaze.

Our Belief System

Preservation is an act of cultural devotion.

Each ornate keepsake tin we seal embodies the essence of Istanbul's greatest moments, presented fresh to the contemporary connoisseur.
